REMUNERATION
- Receive 100% of the tips
- Receive 50% of the customer invoice amount.
- By becoming a member of the company, you receive a share of the profits at the end of the year
- $2.00 bonus for every new client acquired (business cards, flyers, and materials provided)
- 100% of out-of-community/town fees for you: The $2.00/15 km surcharge for travel outside the community is paid entirely to you
PAYMENT TERMS
- Daily pay: paid at the end of each workday
- $2.00 bonus: paid upon your customer's first order (2 payment options: the 1st of each month OR at the end of the year in January)
- Profit share: paid at the end of the year (in January)
HIRING CRITERIA
- Own a car in good condition
- Valid driver's license
- Up-to-date car insurance
- Smartphone
- Criminal record check
- Good listening skills and empathy
- Clean vehicle before every shift
