The Officer must assist the requester in understanding the refusal, if necessary.

C2 Dollars also allows individuals to know what personal information it holds about them and how long it is retained, and to obtain a copy of that information.

C2 Dollars asks the complainant to provide their name and contact details (including a telephone number), as well as the subject and grounds for the complaint, with sufficient detail to allow for its review. C2 Dollars commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all complaints received and to providing a response within 30 days.
7. Data Hosting
Your personal information is currently hosted in Quebec (Canada), but certain information may be hosted in the United States by service providers. Your personal information hosted in the United States is governed by different privacy rules, as it is subject to applicable local laws and may be disclosed to that country’s governments, courts, or supervisory or regulatory authorities, in accordance with those laws.

C2 Dollars is committed to protecting the personal information it processes and takes appropriate security measures to do so. Despite our efforts, we cannot promise or guarantee that the information you share with C2 Dollars will be completely protected, or that your information on the platform will not be exposed, disclosed, altered, or deleted as a result of a breach of any of our physical, administrative, or technical safeguards.
As previously noted regarding the restriction of access to personal data, C2 Dollars has implemented appropriate measures to limit usage rights for its information systems, ensuring that only employees with a legitimate need are authorized to access them.
